60 Day Insanity Workout Challenge

Good Day Loves!   Today I start my journey to weight loss updating my progress at the end of the day..  Not only am I committing to exercising daily, I will also change my eating habits while ceasing bad habits.  Currently I weigh 202 pounds and my goal weight is 155.  Yes, I am aiming to lose 47 pounds.  90% of weight loss is eating right, oddly enough it is the hardest part.

I will be documenting what I eat daily and weigh in every Saturday.  I prefer early morning workouts, but if all else fails, after dinner sweats will be occurring.  I’m sure this fit test is going to kick my butt, but it’s totally worth it.  Ultimately I want to lose weight and use exercise to combat stress.

As you can see below, the workout schedule starts on a Monday but I am anxious to get started so I will follow the plan but my days of the week will just be off.

    A footnote as you juggle life and your business, we find that our emotions have a huge impact on how productive we are and how sharp our focus is.  Learn to take control of forces that disrupt your vision. 

    Harmony is defined as an agreement or accord.  Let a positive mindset, hunger for the goal that you cannot go a day without envisioning, and love for yourself...be your harmony.  To begin healing and bringing inner peace into your life, you must first take steps to gain control of your daily habits. Remember: 

    - Every moment is your defining moment

    - Embrace your pain, failure, and fear

    -Wake up fearless and overwhelm yourself with love

    - Your daily mental workout should consist of pouring positivity into yourself, repelling negative energy, and working on your goals and dreams everyday

    - You deserve light.  The universe is calling you, the time to answer is now.  Right now.

    - Take your experiences for what they are...lessons.  Stand in the moment, release the pressure of your emotions, learn the lessons, forgive yourself and others...then move on.  Keep going.

    - Time is too precious for you to sit and stew in sadness and disappointment.  Do not place your happiness in someone else's hands.

    You have been given another opportunity to make things right if you are reading this. Don't be hard on yourself if a setback is threatening your peace.  Do what you can, for the things you cannot control, trust and open your mind. Hold on and be prepared to face the aftermath, dust yourself off and stay the course. This is a part of your journey, use it to grow.
