Day 2

Thursday: Fit Test

Weight: 198 lbs

Good Day Loves!   So I chose to do the Fit Test for the first 3 days.  My goal is to jump start my endurance.  I’m more determined now than ever to regain some consistency after the storm.  I continue to drink water all day and make wise choices when it comes to meals, though I must admit, a girl could use some Chicken Cordon Bleu.

Fit Test DVD - 25 Minutes

Workouts: The Fit Test Warm-up is almost  2:00 minutes and you will go through a few familiar moves to get your body warmed up.  The workouts include:

  • Jogging

  • Jumping Jacks

  • Heisman

  • 123 Heisman

  • Butt Kicks

  • High Knees

  • Mummy Kicks

Day 2 - Meals

Breakfast:  

  • 32oz of Water

  • Crystal Light Lemonade Packet

  • Scrambled egg whites with spinach & cheese

  • 1 piece of toast

Lunch:  

  • Spinich Salad with balsamic vinegarette

  • 32oz of Water

Dinner:  

  • Spring Salad Mix, cucumbers, avacado with no dressing

  • 32oz of Water

Good Day Loves!   So today I have completed the Fit Test and I must say, I am way out of shape.  I’m definitely going to feel this in the morning.  I drank water all day and kept moving until 9 PM.  No more eating after 7 PM, so of course I'm hungry and it is probably more of a mental thing than a body needs food thing.

60 Day Insanity Workout Challenge

Good Day Loves!   Today I start my journey to weight loss updating my progress at the end of the day..  Not only am I committing to exercising daily, I will also change my eating habits while ceasing bad habits.  Currently I weigh 202 pounds and my goal weight is 155.  Yes, I am aiming to lose 47 pounds.  90% of weight loss is eating right, oddly enough it is the hardest part.

I will be documenting what I eat daily and weigh in every Saturday.  I prefer early morning workouts, but if all else fails, after dinner sweats will be occurring.  I’m sure this fit test is going to kick my butt, but it’s totally worth it.  Ultimately I want to lose weight and use exercise to combat stress.

As you can see below, the workout schedule starts on a Monday but I am anxious to get started so I will follow the plan but my days of the week will just be off.

    What Influences Your Fashion?

    Hi Beauties!

    Everybody is talking about fashion, let’s talk about influences.  What motivates your daily style choices?  For me, emotions are my motivation.  I dress how I feel.  If I’m somber, I barely wear makeup and you may catch me in some sweats of sorts.  If I am happy, my face is fully beat and my outfit shows my personality.  I have found that I channel my emotions when deciding anything, from food to what I watch on TV.  When shopping I find that I really have to like something to purchase it.  I mean REALLY like it.  

    My inspiration for fashion come from Karl Lagerfeld, Chanel, Balenciaga, & Balmain.  Balmain is one of my favorite designers.  They are over the top but remain classy with each design.  Their collections look great everywhere from runway to your local coffee shop.

    Good Day Loves!  

    Faux Fur Vest - Goodwill; Top - H&M; Shorts - H&M; Sandals - Journey's; Clutch - Goodwill

    Fall is here and I this is how I felt today.  I had a lot of errands to run so flat shoes and lightweight clothing was a must.  My first stop was the art museum where quite a few compliments were made about the lipstick and vest combo.  The color is from MAC Cosmetics (Deep With Envy) from the Colour Rocker Collection and my vest is from Goodwill.  My next stops consisted of the grocery store, the mall, & a wine tasting. At the end of the day this combination was effortless and made a statement everywhere I traveled.
